GETTING ONTO THE SITE as a MEMBER

If you are using a mobile to Log-in, then you are unable to see the Log-in icon which is present on the wide screen version, located at the top right of the Home Page, and enables you to review your account and Log-Out. ​

To Log-in or to Sign-up, click on the 'Fox in a Circle logo' at top left.

This will take you to simple log-in page.

Just make sure you choose the correct option: 'Log-in' or 'Sign-up'​.

When signing up, we will get notification and will then approve your request and assign the correct permissions or Grading. You will then get an email confirming the approval.

After that, to enter the site go back to the fox. but select 'Log-in' option

When Logging-in, you will first be shown a page that says "This site is restricted" followed by a 'Back to Site' button. Click on the button to enter the site as a Rider or Volunteer.

If you use a mobile to log in and are unable to access the Bookings section, you are probably NOT logged in. Try an alternative device with a wide screen (e.g. a computer or tablet) to check that your log -in details are working.

  Once logged in with your mobile, you can access your bookings history by clicking on the pink kite icon (at the end of Fox's tail)

NOTE: This is a much slower site than you are used to, so please be patient.

We are finding that some devices and browsers are creating frustrations. If you are expeiencing problems, try using a different device or another browser. Please make a note of the steps you are taking and the software you are using so that we can resolve the issue and perhaps advise others.

Below are the recomended Browsers and operating systems. (Firefox is proving to be a reliable browser.)
