Lowlands Farm RDA depends entirely on support from sponsors, donors and our volunteer team, together with a modest income from riding fees.
All those involved – Trustees, fundraisers, stable hands, office workers – are unpaid volunteers. Only our coach is on a salary and that’s to ensure consistency of our standards. Every penny goes towards delivering the service safely and reliably.
Ways To Support
Lowlands Farm RDA
Did you know?
It costs around £170 per horse, per week to provide livery, veterinary and dental care and blacksmith. with 8 horses and ponies that ammounts to £70,000 a year. You can help maintain this valuable assest to the local community, by making Lowlands Farm RDA one of your favourite charities.
Support Our Current Cause
We are currently fundraising for a Para rider hoist made by Dolphin to allow riders to get onto Charley our Mechanical horse. Without it we have to turn people away which is heartbreaking knowing the benefits they would have from riding.
If you would like to help us fundraise for this much needed piece of equipment or donate a contribution we would be very grateful.
If you're a UK tax payer please complete and send in a gift aid form with your donation. The form can be downloaded by clicking on the "PDF" button below.
Gift Aid increases the value of your charity donations by 25% because the charity can reclaim the basic rate of tax on your gift at no extra cost to you.
